It's time to complete your registration and prepare to start

It’s important that you complete all the steps below. This is mandatory. Otherwise, your program won't be created and you will not receive the starting information! And we definitely don’t want that :)

 

Step-by-Step Onboarding & Registration

Step 1

Complete the Booking Form

This is how I will know that you have booked me for my 1-1 Signature Health & Fitness Coaching Program.

Step 2

Fill in the Onboarding Form

This is where you will tell me more about yourself and your current habits, lifestyle, and what you have access to.

Step 3

Fill in the Goal Setting Form

This is where you will tell me more about your goals and what we are looking to achieve together.

Step 4

Sign the Coaching Agreement

You will receive an email with a link to sign the agreement. This is required for you to start. Didn't receive it? Click below

Step 5

Buy what you need

Get your kit ready! I've added what you need in my Amazon List below so you can easily purchase anything you might need (I do not profit from anything you buy). REQUIRED: booty bands, a food scale, collagen peptides (if not vegan/veg), 100% stevia. SUGGESTED: gallon size water bottle, resistance bands, and if you’re doing at-home only: dumbbells, exercise ball.

Download the Info Booklet

Before you start, you need everything there is to know about how to work together, basics on food tracking, check-ins, responsibilities, tips, tricks…. And all of this can be found in the WELLWITHVEE Information Booklet. It is quite the lengthy file! and it is VERy IMPORTANT that you read all of it before you start the program. That way, we can clarify any questions during Step 7

Step 7

Book a 1h Program Review

This session is intended to clarify any questions you may have, and review your form executing the exercises. If you will be doing a gym based program, go to the gym before this session and record yourself executing compound movement exercises, free weight exercises, and using any machines you have questions about. Share the videos with me in advance of the meeting through the app.

Step 8

Follow Up (as needed)

Have you started the program and have questions I have not addressed during your checkins or chat? Book a 15min call with me so we can discuss it all in more detail. The calls can be used for anything, not just specific questions about the program. If you want to discuss something that has been bothering you, need some help with mindset support, or anything else… just ask :)
