What Personal Information we collect about you and why?

If you are working with us

WWV collects your full name, address, email address, telephone number, training and performance history with WWV (including details about conditions which may impact your ability to participate in the Program), pictures and any other information that you may share with WWV in connection with the Program.

When you purchase a program with WWV, if payments are made using a credit card, the credit card information is stored by Stripe or PayPal, depending on which service is used to complete your payment. You can visit the Stripe and PayPal websites to review their Privacy Policies as well.

In general, WWV needs to know this information to design your personalized Program, to communicate with you, and to send you statements and invoices.

If you are visiting our website

WWV may collect your IP address and information regarding and pages accessed. We will use the information to analyze traffic to our website. Don’t worry, we are looking for trends. The analysis will not be completed at an individual level!

If you opt-in to our email list, we will collect your name and email address. WWV will use this information to send you occasional emails to inform you about new resources, services and offers.

If you are asking a question through our website, WWV will collect the necessary information, including but not limited to your name and email address, when you contact us via the contact form. We use this information to contact you regarding your question.
