How It Works

When we work together, you are not hiring a trainer that only tells you how to work out. You are hiring a Coach. I look at you as a whole human being. My focus will not be on telling you what not to eat or how many calories you need to burn. Instead, we will find and address the root cause of your failures, so you can start moving forward in all aspects of your life and reach your goals once and for all.

My 1-1 Signature Online Health and Fitness Coaching Program is customized and crafted with you in mind. Everything from its duration (min 4 months) to the approach we take will be specifically intended for YOU, so you can safely progressively reach your goals. It includes:

  1. A workout plan that is tailored to your body and what resources you have available, including guidance on how to execute the exercises

  2. A macro-based, flexible dieting program with a whole food based and clean eating focus OR nutrition-only program, with education, advice and guidance

  3. Mindset training and wellness support

  4. Weekly progress check-ins on the same day of the week, with program adjustments as necessary

  5. Access to the WELLWITHVEE Coaching System

  6. Daily accountability and support, and most importantly...

  7. Science-based educational information will help you understand the WHY behind everything you are doing.

I don't promise quick fixes because I don't believe in them

My background, education, and experience have taught me that what goes up, must come down. If you get results super fast, you'll lose them equally as fast.

This process is about daily and weekly improvements. I’ll continuously adjust your plan based on your feedback and the results I see. We will work together so that you can get 1% better every day. Because it’s not a race to see who gets there the fastest, it’s a journey to better health and to reaching the levelled-up version of yourself.

What you see in the mirror is a reflection of many invisible things happening inside your body that are not working for you.

It could be a hormonal imbalance, excessive inflammation in your body, or nutrient malabsorption. It could be also be a lack of movement causing your metabolism to slow down too much, lack of sleep, dehydration, or all of these simultaneously.

Any (or many!) of these could be the reason why you are losing your hair, have adult acne, feel bloated, are not sleeping well, are snapping at your kids, are dealing with brain fog, are wanting to nap mid-day, or are losing your ability to focus.

While you focus on how you look and think that is the problem that you have to fix, the reality is that what you see is only the symptom, and what is underneath that needs some TLC. Everything is interconnected.

There are things that everybody should be doing, and there are things that are specific to each person's condition, habits, mentality, and lifestyle. You may be trying what others are doing. You may be buying what others are buying. But what you are really doing is trying to get a quick-fix. The worst part? You know you have tried it before, it hasn’t worked, but you keep trying again expecting a different outcome. But what works for everyone, works for no one, and that’s why a customized plan is so important.

Your intake forms will immediately reflect your mindset (and not just your weight). It will give me a good idea of your behaviours, self-talk, limiting beliefs, and goals. I know it may be hard to share your photos with me at first. Taking those photos may make you feel vulnerable, and make you face your reality.
